Your own private group. A biking experience isn’t Beyond if you cannot share it with your best friends. We only offer private group holidays, small in size, so that each group is made up of like-minded travellers.
Eight nights high-quality accommodation for a relaxing rural getaway. For eight nights, you will enjoy small, charming and traditional casa rurales with superb local cuisine, an authentic Aragón and Basque experience. Our selection varies from paradores, restored traditional mansions to old-fashioned pensiones which have been lovingly cared for. All are situated in unique settings, offering everything from wonderful countryside views to medieval charm. Price is based on double occupancy.
High-quality local dining every night, including wine. A three-course meal will be provided every night. Your hosts will serve the best traditional, local dishes, cooked to perfection. Twice on your journey, in the mediaval towns of Ainsa and Hondarribia, you will be treated to the culinary delights of thé local gastronomic restaurant. Local Spanish wine is included in every evening menu.
Breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is a full American, lunch is a either served on the trail or you will be offered a packed lunch to take with you for the day.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?
Flights. Travel or flight costs and charges for travelling with your bike (if applicable) are additional. Please check with your airline carrier for bike carriage charges on your flight(s). Flights should not be booked until you have received your Beyond Biking booking confirmation. You will need to make your own way to our meeting point. We suggest flying into Zaragoza or Madrid on Saturday. Flying out is best from San Sebastian (Iberia has daily flights from San Sebastian to Madrid and Barcelona). Other options are flying out from Biarritz or Bilbao.
Airport transfers. We don’t typically include airport transfers, as there are too many variables (including the number of people bringing their own bikes). However, we can arrange all airport transfers for the group at an additional fee, once you have full flight information. Most common group transfers that we arrange are from Madrid Airport or Zaragoza Airport to our meeting point in Calatayud.
Bike hire. All rental bikes are high-quality Merida full-suspension bikes. The price is €300 for the entire trip. Please note, the price may change depending on availability at the time of booking.
Drinks. We do not provide any drinks, alcoholic or otherwise, during the day or with evening meals (except from the wine served with evening meals).
Final evening dinner. So that you have the freedom to choose the way you want to celebrate the end of your Beyond Biking tour, we do not organise a final evening meal. However, we are happy to advise and make a booking for you.
Single room. For an additional cost, single room options may be available, if requested.
Travel Insurance. It is a condition of joining any of our trips that you are insured against medical and personal accident risks (to include repatriation costs, air ambulance and helicopter rescue services). You will need to advise us of your policy details and complete an insurance declaration form. Beyond Biking recommends Allianz Adventure & Survival Assistance (for EU residents), Campbell Irvine (for UK residents), Travelex (for US residents) and IMG Globe Hoppers (worldwide). These companies offer the ultimate in travel protection and emergency travel assistance, and their policies are especially designed for adventure holidays. You will need to arrange your own insurance directly. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance, as some deposits are non-refundable.
Others. Bar bills, telephone calls, souvenirs, entrance fees to cultural or historical sites, spa treatments, personal clothing and equipment and all tips are not included.
